BROCCOLI-ZUCCHINI SOUP
Main dish | 20 minutes | 4 persons

Ingredients
500 g broccoli
2 zucchinis
1liter of water
2 garden herb bouillon tablets
Garlic powder
Paprika powder
Curry powder
Aromat
Pepper and salt
Whipped cream

Preparations
Cut the broccoli into florets and the zucchinis into cubes. Place the broccoli florets and zucchini cubes in a pan and add the water and bouillon tablets. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Puree the soup with the hand blender. Season with garlic powder, paprika powder, curry powder, aromat, pepper and salt and add some whipped cream if desired.

SALAD WITCH FIGS AND GOAT CHEESE
Side dish | 15 minutes | 4 persons

Ingredients
75 gr mesclun lettuce
250 gr cherry tomatoes
125 gr goat cheese
4 fresh figs
1 shallot
20 gr pine nuts
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vinegar
Pepper and salt

Preparations
Put the mesclun lettuce in a bowl. Cut the shallot into small pieces, the figs into wedges and the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the salad. Then roast the pine nuts and add them to the salad as well. Crumble the goat cheese over the salad.

Dessing
Mix the mustard, honey, vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper together and drizzle the salad with the dressing.
