DELIVERY
We try to send out all our orders within 1-2 working days. If products encounter a longer delivery time or we are not able to deliver the requested products, we will notify you as fast as possible to find a proper solution.
We are not responsible for delays, damage caused by delays or damage caused by PostNL or other shippers. We take the utmost care when receiving orders and sending ordered items. Nevertheless, it is possible that an order is not delivered or incomplete. You must report this within 7 days of receipt of the products.

RETURNS
We strive to deliver the highest quality products. If however you are not completely happy with your order (or certain products within your order), you can return them within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be unused/unwashed/undamaged and in it’s original packaging.
Return procedure
1. Send a email to shop@lisahuiberts.com with your name, the item that you want to return/exchange and the reason for return.
2. Place the items you want to return back in the original shipping package and add a note to your return with your order number and name.
3. Return your package via PostNL (return costs are for your own account) to the address below. We advise you to return your package using a track and trace code, as we can’t take responsibility for lost or damages packages.

4. Once we’ve received your return, you will receive the funds (minus the shipping costs) within 3 business days, provided the item is not damaged or worn and is in its original packaging. Lisa Huiberts has the right to reject returned items if the conditions are not met.
