DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We try to deliver all our orders within 1-2 working days. If products have a longer deliver time or we are not able to deliver the requested products, we will notify you as fast as possible to find a proper solution.
We are not responsible for delays, damage caused by delays or damage caused by PostNL, DHL or UPS. We take the utmost care when receiving orders and sending ordered items. Nevertheless, it is possible that an order is not delivered or incomplete. You must report this within 7 days of receipt of the products.
We do everything within our power to deliver perfect products. If our products doesn’t meet your wishes, don’t hesitate to contact us through email.
If the items comply with our return policy, you can return them. You have the right to withdraw and return your order within our return period of 14 days. Items must be unused and unwashed. When we have received your return, we will refund the amount of your returned products minus the return cost.

2. You will receive a return form and a sending label
3. Fill in the return form and attach with your return
4. You will receive the funds (minus the return cost) when we receive your return
